Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the hire of gazebos from Event Gazebo Hire UK. By hiring from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due before the event. 2.2. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.

3. Hire Period

3.1. The standard hire period includes setup on Friday and collection on Monday. During peak seasons, setup may be on Thursday with collection on Tuesday. 3.2. Any extensions to the hire period must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. 4.2. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days of the event. 4.3. Full refunds (minus deposit) are available for cancellations made more than 14 days before the event.

5. Delivery and Setup

5.1. Delivery and setup are included within London. Additional charges may apply for locations outside London. 5.2. The hirer must ensure suitable access to the site for delivery and setup.

6. Site Requirements

6.1. The hirer must provide accurate site information and ensure the area is clear for setup. 6.2. Event Gazebo Hire UK is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate site information or preparation.

6.2 The hirer must provide a secure location to store the equipment over night and is liable if any equipment is stolen.

7. Insurance

7.1. Public Liability Insurance (PLI) is included with all hires, covering damages due to harsh weather conditions. 7.2. The hirer is responsible for any damages not covered by PLI.

8. Use of Equipment

8.1. The hirer must not tamper with or alter the gazebos in any way. 8.2. The equipment must be used solely for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.

9. Liability

9.1. Event Gazebo Hire UK is not liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of the equipment. 9.2. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total hire cost.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
