Hire Period?

Most events occur on Saturdays, so we typically set up on Friday and collect on Monday. During peak season, setup may be on Thursday with takedown on Tuesday. We strive to accommodate your schedule and are happy to discuss specific requirements, especially for corporate clients.

Setup and takedown services?

Yes, our team handles both the setup and takedown of the gazebos for your convenience.

Site Survey?

With our experience, Google Earth, customer photos, and your help with a tape measure, a site survey is usually unnecessary. However, if you prefer one, we can visit your location. For larger jobs, a site survey may be essential. Prices start at £40, depending on the address.

Insurance?

All of our gazebo hires include Public Liability Insurance (PLI) to cover potential damages from harsh weather conditions.
